1990-1996 Corvette Cluster LCD Light Gasket

This is a light gasket for a 1990-1996 Corvette Cluster LCD panel. 

The light gasket allows light to pass through the informational areas and blocks it from the graphics areas, and has the effect of increasing contrast of the data on the panel.  It also has foam between two plastic layers, and the spring pressure from the foam holds the LCD panel in place and keeps it from rattling inside the plastic cluster housing.
